When deciding which Lusitano to buy, consider your riding goals and preferences. If you are looking for a versatile horse that excels in dressage, consider a Lusitano with good movement and conformation. If you are interested in working equitation or classical dressage, look for a Lusitano with a strong build and good temperament. It's also important to assess the horse's training level, health, and suitability for your riding experience. Ultimately, choose a Lusitano that you feel a connection with and that aligns with your riding aspirations. **

The size of the halter suitable for a Lusitano horse would depend on the individual horse's head size. Lusitanos are typically considered a medium-sized breed, so a halter in the average horse size range (cob or full) would likely be suitable. It's important to measure the horse's head to ensure the proper fit, as some Lusitanos may have larger or smaller heads than average. It's always best to try the halter on the horse and adjust it for a comfortable and secure fit. **
