When choosing a deep fryer, it is important to consider the size and capacity you need based on the amount of food you typically fry. Additionally, look for features such as adjustable temperature control, a timer, and a viewing window to monitor the cooking process. Consider the ease of cleaning and maintenance, as well as safety features like cool-touch handles and automatic shut-off. Finally, think about whether you prefer a traditional deep fryer with a basket or an air fryer for a healthier cooking option. **

It ultimately depends on what you are cooking and your personal preferences. An air fryer is great for quickly cooking small batches of food and achieving a crispy texture with less oil. On the other hand, an oven is more versatile and can accommodate larger quantities of food, making it suitable for baking, roasting, and broiling. If you prioritize speed and crispiness, an air fryer may be the better choice, but if you need a multi-purpose appliance, an oven would be more suitable. **

I'm sorry, I am not able to physically check if the deep fryer is broken. However, if you suspect that it is not functioning properly, I would recommend checking for any visible damage or malfunctioning parts. If you are unable to identify the issue, it may be best to contact a professional for repair or replacement. **

A hot air fryer is a kitchen appliance that cooks food by circulating hot air around it at high speed. It uses a heating element and a fan to create the hot air flow, which cooks the food quickly and evenly. Hot air fryers are often used as a healthier alternative to deep frying, as they require little to no oil to achieve a crispy texture. They can be used to cook a variety of foods such as french fries, chicken wings, and vegetables. **
