To make Endermen spawn in Minecraft, you will need to create the right conditions for them to appear. Endermen typically spawn in the Overworld at night or in dark areas, so make sure you are in a low light level environment. Additionally, Endermen are more likely to spawn in certain biomes such as the desert or plains. You can also increase the chances of Endermen spawning by using a looting-enchanted weapon to increase the drop rates of Ender pearls, which can attract Endermen. **

Players may encounter Endermen more often when exploring or building in the game. **

Endermen picking up blocks is a unique and challenging aspect of the game that adds to the complexity and strategy of dealing with them. It forces players to be more aware of their surroundings and to think strategically about how they build and protect their structures. Removing this ability would make the game less challenging and potentially less interesting for some players. However, for those who find it frustrating, there could be an option to disable this behavior in the game settings. **

In Minecraft, Endermen will only pick up certain blocks such as grass, dirt, sand, gravel, clay, and flowers. If you want Endermen to pick up all blocks, you can use a command block with a command that changes the Endermen's behavior. You can use the command "/summon enderman ~ ~ ~ {carriedBlockState:{Name:"minecraft:stone"}}", replacing "stone" with the block you want them to pick up. Keep in mind that this will only work in creative mode or if cheats are enabled. **

The Minecraft command to kill Endermen within a specific radius is "/kill @e[type=enderman,distance=..(radius)]". This command targets all Endermen within the specified radius and eliminates them from the game. The "type=enderman" part of the command specifies that only Endermen will be affected, and the "distance=..(radius)" part sets the maximum distance from the player at which the Endermen will be killed. **
