The screw size for a bookshelf will depend on the thickness of the material you are working with. Typically, a #8 or #10 screw that is 1-1.5 inches long should be sufficient for most bookshelf projects. As for dowels, a 1/4 inch diameter dowel is commonly used for bookshelves to provide additional support and stability. It is important to ensure that the screws and dowels are long enough to securely hold the shelves in place without protruding through the material. **

I recommend looking for a bookshelf with adjustable shelves to accommodate the varying sizes of manga and figures. Consider a bookshelf with a combination of open shelves for displaying figures and enclosed shelves for storing manga. Look for a sturdy and durable material like wood or metal to support the weight of the figures and books. Additionally, consider the dimensions of the bookshelf to ensure it fits well in the space you have available. **

An open bookshelf is a type of book storage furniture that typically consists of shelves without any doors or covers. This design allows for easy access to books and other items displayed on the shelves. Open bookshelves are often used to showcase books, decorative items, or personal belongings in a visually appealing way. They can come in various styles, sizes, and materials to suit different preferences and interior decor. **

The adjustable shelves allow me to customize the space to fit different sizes of books and decorative items. It's sturdy and well-made, and it has been a reliable and stylish storage solution for my book collection. **
