Swivel chairs with ball bearings tend to be the most noiseless options for a home office. These chairs allow for smooth and quiet rotation without any squeaking or creaking sounds. Look for chairs with high-quality ball bearings and sturdy construction to ensure a noise-free experience while working in your home office. **

The height-adjustable office desks from Ikea are generally considered to be good options for those looking for an affordable and functional standing desk. Electrically adjustable office desks can be a great addition to the workplace, as they provide flexibility and adaptability for different work styles and ergonomic needs. They allow individuals to easily switch between sitting and standing positions, which can help improve comfort and reduce the negative effects of prolonged sitting. Additionally, they can promote movement and reduce sedentary behavior, which is beneficial for overall health and well-being. Overall, I believe electrically adjustable office desks can contribute to a more dynamic and comfortable work environment. **

It is ideal to have both a height-adjustable desk and a height-adjustable office chair for optimal ergonomic support. While having either one can provide some level of customization, having both allows for a more tailored and comfortable work environment. This combination allows for better alignment of the body, reducing strain and promoting better posture. Therefore, having both a height-adjustable desk and a height-adjustable office chair is recommended for a more ergonomic workspace. **

When looking for office swivel chairs for strong, heavy individuals weighing 130 kg, it is important to prioritize chairs with a high weight capacity to ensure durability and safety. Look for chairs with sturdy construction, such as metal frames and high-quality materials, to support the weight of the individual. Additionally, consider chairs with adjustable features like seat height, armrests, and lumbar support to provide comfort and accommodate different body types. Finally, choose chairs with a wide and deep seat to provide ample space and support for the individual. **

Ideally, it is best to have both a height-adjustable desk and a height-adjustable chair for optimal ergonomics. This allows you to customize the height of both the desk and chair to fit your specific needs and ensure proper alignment to prevent strain on your body. However, if you can only choose one, having a height-adjustable chair is more important as it directly affects your posture and comfort while sitting for extended periods. **

To remove the gas spring from the swivel base of an office chair, you will need to first flip the chair over and locate the retaining clip that holds the gas spring in place. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry the retaining clip off, being careful not to damage it. Once the retaining clip is removed, you can then pull the gas spring out of the swivel base. It may require some force to remove, so be sure to use caution and steady pressure to avoid any accidents. **
