Yes, there were versions of Cell from the 19th and 20th centuries in Trunks' timeline. In Trunks' timeline, Cell traveled back in time to the past to absorb the Androids and achieve his perfect form. This caused devastation and destruction in Trunks' timeline, leading to a much bleaker future compared to the main timeline. **

In Trunks' timeline, it is not explicitly stated whether C19 and C20 existed. However, it is likely that they did exist in some form, as they were created by Dr. Gero before the events of Trunks' timeline diverged from the main timeline. It is possible that their creation and activities may have been different in Trunks' timeline due to the altered events, but it is reasonable to assume that they still played a role in the history of that timeline. **
