Therefore, a Persian-speaking Afghan is an Afghan who speaks Persian, not a Persian. **

No, writing Persian in Persian does not mean writing Persian in capital letters. Writing Persian in Persian refers to using the Persian script, which is an Arabic script with additional letters, to write the Persian language. On the other hand, writing in capital letters refers to using uppercase letters in any script or language. Therefore, these two concepts are not equivalent and do not mean the same thing. **

Afghans are not Persian, but they speak Persian due to historical and cultural reasons. Persian, also known as Dari in Afghanistan, has been widely spoken in the region for centuries and is one of the official languages of the country. This is because of the influence of the Persian Empire in the region, as well as the significant cultural and historical ties between Afghanistan and Iran. Additionally, Persian literature and poetry have played a major role in shaping Afghan culture and identity. **
