Splatter tasks are a type of task that involves breaking down a larger task into smaller, more manageable sub-tasks. The idea is to "splatter" the larger task into smaller pieces, making it easier to tackle and complete. This approach can help individuals stay organized, focused, and motivated as they work through the various components of a larger project. Splatter tasks can be particularly useful for complex or overwhelming projects, as they allow individuals to make progress in smaller, more achievable steps. **

Clarified butter splatters when it is heated because the water content in the butter evaporates, causing the butter to bubble and splatter. When butter is clarified, the water and milk solids are removed, leaving only the pure butterfat. As the butterfat heats up, the remaining water content turns into steam and creates the splattering effect. It is important to be cautious when heating clarified butter to avoid getting burned by the splattering. **
